Our account conditions cover registration, offer activation and payment handling. You must be 18 or over and provide genuine personal information when joining. Each person may hold a single account, including when using both casino games and the sportsbook.
Registration Details and Access
Use the e-mail address registered to your account when signing in. Forgotten Password provides an e-mail reset link if access details are lost. Repeated unsuccessful attempts can temporarily lock access, so use recovery or contact our team rather than registering again.
Qualifying Deposits and Bonus Play
Activate a casino welcome stage before making its qualifying deposit. The stages require deposits from £25, £50 and £100 respectively. Their matches are 125%, 150% and 175%, accompanied by 75, 100 and 125 free spins respectively.
Casino bonus funds require 40x wagering on the bonus, and free-spin winnings also require 40x. During this wagering, the maximum stake is £2 per spin or round. The window is 7 days for bonus funds and their spins, with bonus-buy features prohibited during wagering.
The sportsbook and casino share an account, but their promotional funds are separate. Sports bonus funds cannot be used on casino games, nor casino bonus funds on sports. Enter an applicable promotion code before the qualifying payment, and activate offers in advance rather than retrospectively.
Payout Documents and Account Controls
Identity checks are required before the first withdrawal. Provide identity evidence, recent address evidence and proof of payment ownership as requested. Approved funds return to the deposit method where possible, with transfer timing dependent on the payment category.
Standard withdrawal ceilings are £2,000 daily, £10,000 weekly and £40,000 monthly. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available through your account or support. Live chat and e-mail support can assist with membership, offer and payment questions in English.
